We read the intro material on Whitman and Dickinson (p. 342-346) and took an open book test on the material as a practice for SAT’s.  I offered 1 point bonuses for each question you could prove was correct by citing the reading directly.  Several students found that they changed some of their answers because they were looking for specific proof.

We were going to move on to the vocab homework, but only three students did it.  We talked about the plan in Lexington to bus students to the prom.

We worked on revisions on Google Docs.

We’re getting closer to finishing our layout.  The sports department has bumped an unfinished article for a finished one (just like in the real world).  News has been updated.  Features needs a few finishing touches.  We may be finished by tomorrow.

HOMEWORK:  Two articles due tomorrow.
