Today was the final day to work on the Macbeth projects. Presentations will begin on Thursday. Essays and tests will be administered on Monday. Essay topics for Macbeth can be found here.

We continued with layout today. Students also worked on articles which are due on Thursday. Story Generators were turned in as well.

We finished our discussion of Emerson’s “Self-Reliance”. Students received a take-home quiz on the essay. They are to do a Type II (25 line) on the following prompt: “Choose any two ideas expressed in the essay and explain how they could improve the life of high school students.”
HOMEWORK: Complete take-home quiz.
