Students turned in final drafts of their research paper.  We began watching Minority Report as part of our study of dystopian societies.

Students continued to work on articles and Story Generators.  I distributed grade reports so everyone could see what his or her grade was.

HOMEWORK:  Story Generators due Wednesday.

We began looking at Unit 10 of the vocabulary book.  The quiz will be on Friday.

After that, we read the Frost poem “Never Out to Far, nor In too Deep” and discussed the symbolism of the ocean.

HOMEWORK:  Thesis statement for research paper due tomorrow.
