We watched the first Act of Hamlet and talked about what was happening in the plot and the state of Hamlet’s emotions.  I also returned summer reading tests.

HOMEWORK:  Read Act II by Tuesday.

I split the class in two, with one group using the computers to research war weblogs and the other doing a type II writing about ethical decisions in war.

HOMEWORK:  Prepare a brief presentation on the subject of the blog you have researched.

We worked on our Zoltan projects and American Dream projects.  American Dream presentations will begin tomorrow.

HOMEWORK:  Work on projects.

We discussed the story ideas generated from yesterday’s research on other high school websites.  We generated several good ideas.
