• Reread Act III, Scene 3, lines 37 to the end.
• Explain how Shakespeare portrays Claudius as a sympathetic character.
• Explain what Hamlet’s reasoning for not killing Claudius at this time says about Hamlet’s character.

Writing conferences continued today.

HOMEWORK:  Complete Chapters 9-14 in The Kite Runner by Friday.

We read Rowlandson’s “Narrative of the Captivity”.

HOMEWORK:  Finish reading the selection and answer the Reading Check questions.
