We had our one minute drill on Pride and Prejudice today and it developed into a heated discussion about the timelessness of the novel and why it appeals to women more than men. After that we continued working on our projects.

We began the Vietnam War Song projects to day with presentations on “Run Through the Jungle”, “What’s Goin’ On?” and “War Pigs”. Great start to the unit.

We finished listening to “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” and worked on the first two paragraphs of the essay assignment in connection with American Romanticism.
