Students can work on their PowerPoint projects or read in their novels.  Presentations will begin on Thursday.

Students should use the time to read their novel The Things They Carried.  They need to read up through page 88 by Thursday.

Students should finish reading “Thanatopsis” (handout was passed out on
Friday, extras in sub folder) and translating all sentences into their
own words on the handout.  This is a continuation of what we were doing
on Friday.  Students may work together.  I will check the work on
Wednesday.  This will be challenging for the students, but they should
continue to work on the poem until they finish.

Students will work on layout, story generators or articles.  Four story
generators are due on Wednesday.  The articles are due on Friday.
