We began our presentations today.

HOMEWORK:  Prepare for One Minute Drill on Friday on middle portion of Pride and Prejudice.

We continued with our presentations featuring “Ohio” by CSNY and “Bring the Boys Back Home” by Freda Payne.

HOMEWORK: Finish reading first part of The Things They Carried.

We collected the story generators today and shared our ideas with the class.  We then used the rest of the class period to work on layout.

HOMEWORK:  Work on articles due on Friday.

We completed our study of “Thanatopsis”.

HOMEWORK:  Find two quotes which demonstrate the characteristics of American Romanticism.
