We did our one minute drill for the second part of Invisible Man.  Discussion centered around the symbolism of the Liberty Paint Company.

HOMEWORK:  Continue working on the websites and continue reading in the novel.  The next deadline for reading is page 444 by March 10.

We took a quiz today on the Battle of Little Round Top (right), focusing on Colonel Chamberlain’s decision during the battle.

After that, we talked about the battle.

HOMEWORK:  Review Pickett’s Charge for tomorrow.

Students turned in their Huckleberry Finn Facebook pages.  We also went through the novel looking for significant quotes which could end up on the test on Thursday.

HOMEWORK:  Have five quotes with explanations for Wednesday.

We continued working on the technology polls and some students began working on the articles which will be produced.

HOMEWORK:  Story Generators due on Friday.  Articles due on Monday.
