War Literature

We began reviewing for the test on Thursday on The Killer Angels.  We looked closely at the final conversation between Lee and Longstreet after the Confederates defeat at Gettysburg.

I handed out a new list of vocabulary words (Unit 10), and we began watching the film version of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.

Journalism

Students submitted their poll articles today, and we took a look a them on the projector.  We discovered that 78% of students polled have an iPod.  42% of those polled use their computer mostly for music and social networking.

HOMEWORK:  Story Generators due on Friday.
