We began watching Frost/Nixon in class today.

Students took the test on The Great Gatsby today.  Everyone passed!

HOMEWORK:  NADA!

Stringbooks were due today.

We watched some of the film version of The Great Gatsby today in preparation of the test tomorrow.

HOMEWORK:  Test on The Great Gatsby tomorrow.  All revisions and retakes must be done by tomorrow.

We are continuing to work on stringbooks and uploading articles to the website.

HOMEWORK:  Stringbooks due on Thursday.

We took a quiz on Chapters 8-9 today and began reviewing for the test on Friday.

HOMEWORK:  Review for Gatsby test on Friday.

Students continued working on articles for the final web version (to be released next week) and their stringbooks.

HOMEWORK:  Work on these projects.

I returned the 1920’s research papers today, and we worked on the revisions I suggested.  I also reminded the students to finish reading the novel by tomorrow.

HOMEWORK:  Finish reading The Great Gatsby.

We did some practice with the vocabulary words today in preparation for the quiz on Friday.
